Growing up new PostgreSQL developers
On teaching students, team leading, project management and stuff
One doesn't simply hire a RDBMs developer. There are not many RDBMs developers in the world and even less of them are looking for a job. Instead of looking for developers we can grow them up. In this talk we would like to tell how we do it.
