Leo Hsu and Regina Obe

Leo Hsu and Regina Obe are co-owners of Paragon Corporation, a web application/database consulting company. In their spare-time they share their knowledge via the www.postgresonline.com and www.bostongis.com satellite sites.

Leo Hsu and Regina Obe are frequent contributors to the PostGIS newsgroups and have been using PostGIS since its inception in 2001.

Regina is a developer on the PostGIS development team and has submitted numerous patches. Notably the DBF only and prj output and bug fixes for the ESRI shape loader and dumpers. She has also contributed time on PostGIS documentation efforts and documentation-driven function testing.
